During this full day retreat, women will learn about nutrition, hormonal cycles and stress management through a variety of self-empowerment, meditative and self care techniques. The day will be a time of healing, bonding and celebrating your divine femininity with other women.
Healthy snacks, lunch, material to take home and foot massages from The Barefoot Spa will be provided.
